PSA Nitrogen Gas Plants

Nitrogen is separted from air through adsorption process using carbon molecualr sieves as desiccant.
The tecnology is known as PSA technology which means Pressure Swing Adsorption.
The PSA Nitrogen gas plants are particularly used to produce Nitrogen gas of different purities ranging 95% to 99.99% directly through this technology, however if the gas is required to be further purified upto a level of 99.9999% then additional putrification units are being attached to the system to deliver UHP nitrogen.
The nitrogen produced by these plants is very simple process and very economical.
The plants are designed & operated considering enviormental and operating conditions and on demand SCADA based, operator free plants are being supplied which are under operation for the last several yeras.
Geberally the plant capacities are ranging between 1 to 500 Nm3/hr single units of any purities as mentioned above.
These type of plants are used in following applications:
Mild steel & carbon steel annealing
Electronic industries like semiconductors etc.
Blanketing during chemical reactions
Auto industries for Sintering, Brazing & Soldering
Food packaging
Tyre filling
Metal powder formation

PSA / VPSA Oxygen Gas Plants

The PSA Oxygen Gas Plants are designed to deliver about 95% pure oxygen.
The gas is produced through a technology called PSA technology and similar to nitrogen the oxygen is also separated from compressed air using Zeolite Molecular Sieves of special grade.
In some cases a vacuum pump is used for better adsorption hence the units are also known as VPSA units.
The capacities of these plants are ranging between 1 to 200 Nm3/hr capacity plants, however if the capacity requirement is larger than a VSA (vacuum swing adsorption) plants are more suiatble.
These PSA/VPSA oxygen plants are ideally used for following applications:
Medical oxygen
Glass industry
Cement industry
Any heat enhancement applications

Medical Oxygen Gas Plants

The equipment is basically a PSA/VPSA type oxygen plant and designed to deliver 95% pure bacteria & dust free oxygen.
Considering the criticalness of patients the plant is designed to operate 24 hours 365 days in a year.
The plants are ideal and self sufficient to generate oxygen where the hospitals are located in remote areas and it is difficult to get oxygen on frequent basis.
The plants are highly dependent and installtion of these plant avoids dependency on cylinder/liquid suppliers, save lot of space unnecessarily required for cylinder/liquide storage and no risks as the gas is produced only at 5 kg/cm2 pressure, whereas the cylinders have 150 kg/cm2 pressure, the liquid oxygen is having about (-) 160 Deg C temperature and at 20 Kg/cm2 pressure which has many risk factors while using.
It also saves teh man power used for the procurement of gas on day to day basis.
Generally the plant capacities are ranging from 1 to 100 Nm3/hr capacities.
Additionally a booster unit can also be installed to boost & store the gas for emergency requirements like shifting of patients.
Further if desired a high purity unit can also be attached to enrich oxygen further to 99%.

PSA Hydrogen Gas Plants

This is a unique innovation by us and as the demand of enriched hydrogen from Ammonia Cracking units is required in many applications like SS annealing, SS brazing etc. and hydrogination of chemicals & edible oils.
This is state of the art equipment which enrich hydrogen from the output of ammonia cracking units which is 75% to 98%.
A special grade of zeolite molecular sieves is being used as desiccant using PSA technology.
We have special clientele for this product.
The equipment is much cheaper & less combursome and yet occupy little space as compared to water electrolysis based plants.
Generally the plant capacities are ranging between 1 to 300 Nm3/hr.

Ammonia Cracking Units

The Ammonia Cracking Units are used to generate & deliver the cheapest way of hydrogen enriched gases having a mixture of 75% Hydrogen & 25% of Nitrogen is being produced by cracking of Ammonia with very good dew point to the tune of (-) 90 Deg. C.
These units are easy to instally and almost operater free for many yeras after installation.

Gas Purification Systems

These units are used for purification of nitrogen/hydrogen gases and known as De-Oxo And Dryer Units. These units are able to purify the gases to the purest level.
These units are based on precious metal catalysts known as palladium catalyst or copper catalyst and are able to purify & supply oxygen/hydrogen free gases.
Residual oxygen : upto 1 PPM
